I've had a piece or two I tweeted (before I killed the bird) noticed. First, Mark Hamill retweeted one of my posts sharing an article. Then, some time later, Ron Perlman tweeted another. It really didn't drive readers to Medium. Maybe because both posts were poem? Both times boosted my followers on Twitter though.
