I've tried to live by these ideas all along. I take regular breaks throughout the day. During those breaks, I'll sketch or read or maybe take some pictures or something. I might just sit on my front porch for a bit, doing nothing. And, I make it a point of completely shutting down my computer and staying away from devices after around 4pm. The rest of the day is for time with family. I also ALWAYS step away from the computer or devices if my husband or son want my attention. Nothing is more important than giving them my entire, intentional presence in body and mind.
