Maybe that's what's behind the military is good for them thinking. Even judges will give a young man the option of the military or jail – that's how one of my cousins ended up in the army.

Maybe what we really need is to make school a requirement at least through undergraduate degree level. That, of course, must also come with increasing school resources like psychologists, mentors, nurses, and the arts.
