Most of us are also not here to suppress our writing needs and loves to cater to Medium's unaccountable algorithm support for recycled platitudinous self-help posts.

For example: Diana Meresc's posts are not poorly written; but her content is recycled self-help on endless repeat. She seems to get lots of traffic off them; IME, it's looks like she figured out how to work the reciprocal nature of Medium. Because her writing isn't terrible, reciprocation is the only reason I still read her posts. But honestly, the lack of substance in her content has made me nearly dread to see her in my notifications. Don't get me wrong… I appreciate her constancy and reciprocation – those reads, highlights, claps, and comments are valued. I just wish she'd write something else… anything else. I wish the algorithm promoted more orginality than canned self-help articles.
