My asthma is more bronchial inflammation than congestion. My coughs tend more to the croupy kind, like whooping cough. I take Benzoate for them. Also, I can't wait for sinus stuff to get into my chest -- that's almost guaranteed to become another round of respiratory infection or pneumonia.
