My husband discovered this pretty quickly – before he was even 50, when he started being offered the "senior discount at " For myself, I'm now pushing 60, and when I asked for the discount, I was told "That's only for our over fifty-fives, ma'am."
I'm not gonna lie… I was flattered. I still whipped out my AARP card and got my discount, though.
