My pub features our FB group writers. By and large, they write well. But, few understand the title block and the bare link shares. Mine is also a much smaller pub with waaaaay fewer submissions. So, I do take the time to finesse formatting and layout for them – up to a point. I mean, I'm not going to reformat to spend an hour or more fixing their piece more than once. I'll tell them how to format and how to finesse their layout – but, if it keeps coming to me with that much editing required, I'll send them a note to fix it. If they don't fix it in a couple of days, I decline the piece.
