My son faced that in middle school. The principal and the school cop worked together to undercut him, profiling him because he's half Persian. The school cop said to my face, with the principal agreeing with him, that my son was a risk of violence because of his background.
This was said to me after he put his body in an ATA defensive stance between a white bully about to hit another not white kid. My son blocked the blow with the wrist block. The bully's wrist hit the block and hurt. A teacher witnessed it all and told what happened. But the principal and cop said my son injured a student. The white bully got a week in-school suspension. My son got a week suspended out of school, followed by TWO weeks in-school suspension.
