Naturally, we have Cook Out – it got its start in Greensboro NC, after all. And, Cheerwine was created in Salisbury NC.
I think Arkansas is as far west as it is exported. When I lived in MO (there's a reason they call it "Misery"), you couldn't find it there either. Heck, when I was a kid and my dad was stationed in Florida, we couldn't find it there either! But, keep watching the "Cheerwine Locator" – it's working its way west and north all the time!
