Nice ideas. I think the premise is flawed, though. What we see in real life is "confident" people running roughshod over thoughtful people. Look at Trump and the GOP – they're entirely confident people. And, they are confidently oppressing the rest of us, confident in their right and their self-appointed mandate to do so.
