No.

The “objective fact is that the nazis” pursued the elimination of en entire people they deemed of an inferior “race” to their own perceived “race.” The point is that it was about race for the nazis.

No matter whatever sophist reasoning in which you try to frame it, you cannot ever erase the fact that for Hitler’s nazis and still for neo-nazis today, it is entirely a matter of their perception of race. You can doublespeak and manufacture lying excuses for it ad infinitum and you will still NEVER negate the truth of the nazi’ avowed pursuit of racial purity.

To reiterate: For Hiter’s nazis and for today’s neo-nazis, it was and is about race. Black people were enslaved by European-decent whites because their perceived race was considered subhuman. The genocide by Turks on the Armenians, in part, was because they saw Armenians as a different race. Jews — and Gypsies, BTW — were slaughtered in their combined millions because of their races as perceived by their murders, the nazis.

Deciding today that Jews weren’t of a different race than nazis perceived mythological “Aryans” is beside the point. It cannot ever change the fact that the Holocaust was about race in the ideologies of the nazis.
