Oh no… never ever ever go off your asthma maintenance meds. Never. They minimize your need to resort to your rescue inhalers and nebulizers. You don't want to puffing that steroid inhalent any more than absolutely necessary – especially if you have heart problems, high BP, or diabetes. It spikes them all.
