"Pain management" is not covered by my insurance. The physio was only covered briefly after a neck injury left me with pinched nerves, and again when I was diagnosed with Plantar's facia.

Interestingly, the Plantar's physio did little to help. I found a much better therapy pedaling backwards on my stationary cycle.

And, before you ask, I don't have the cycle any longer. It broke down from use by myself, my son, and my husband. Aside from having no where to put it in our current home, we also can't afford to replace it at the moment. We do plan to replace it when my son starts earning when he moves from unpaid student intern to paid EMT apprentice for our county EMS. He's eager to get his own place and that will give us his room for my and my husband's plans for a stationary cycle and, hopefully, a treadmill or other device.
