Right. If you dismiss, the note is deleted. A lot of folks do that after they've made corrections so they don't get confused. I found this to be an issue on that last post of mine when I tried to push it to a publication. The exchange of notes got rather confusing. And, now that they've declined the pub, I'm going back to dismiss the notes.
