I will not be reading anyone's link bombed article just to because they dropped it on my share of my own work. I read what interests me, and I read dozens of posts a day.

If you interact on my Medium posts –i.e., clap, highlight, and/or respond – I will likely check out your work. However, that doesn't mean I'll read it – I won't read what I doesn't interest me; and I will not read what is so poorly written that it pains me to read it.
