Sadly, much of modern evangelicalism seems more Pauline than "Christian" – i.e., follower of Christ – in other words, the way of Jesus as His life and teachings show us. It's not really even fully Pauline. It's more selective Pauline doctrine, cherry-picked and twisted to fit those old Levitical condemnations that let them hate the people they want to exclude from their God club.
