See, I saw nurses like that when I was pregnant. In my case, I kept losing weight and getting scolded for that by one particular nurse. The doctors (and I had several as a high risk geriatric pregnancy) said my weight was fine because the baby was meeting or surpassing all the development marks. My primary OB kept stressing that was the important thing about weight gain or loss while pregnant. She even said it to that particular nurse. Didn't change Ratchet's finger wagging.
