Something similar happened to the landscaping in front of the house we sold in Missouri. This gorgeous, full, eight foot shrub was just hacked down and yanked out, leaving a gaping bare spot in the front of the border garden next to the house. They also chopped down the mature Douglas Fir in the middle of one side of the lawn. And the hack-job they did on my glorious ash tree broke my heart.
In the backyard, they pulled out our small plum orchard (five trees) for a frelling trampoline. I mean, I know the orchard was on the only flat part of the back yard. But, c'mon man!
