Thank you. And, Amen! He was the right man at the right time for the job. Since 2010, the GOP has repeatedly proven they will damage any and every corner of democracy for their own aggrandizement. And, after four years of the unmitigated cruelty and lunacy of the Trump regime, I genuinely belive no one but Biden could have begun to pull the threads of our constitutional democratic ideals back together.

Honestly, there were some great Dem candidates in 2020. Any one of them would have been better than the last guy. Any one of them would have made a good POTUS in another time. But, at for the time following such a cruel regime, we had to have someone who already knew how to get things done. We needed someone who already knew the system and the players. We needed someone the rest of the world already knew. And, we needed someone whose empathy and compassion was known, was obvious, and had always been non-partisan.
