That first day, I admit to feeling amused at McCarthy's discomfiture and the lampooning of the Republican political engine. Now, it's just shameful. It's time, I think, for Democrats to put forward someone they can live with and whom the few still sane elected republicans can support. Because, we do NOT want someone McCarthy's party opposition extremists support.
