That is so messed up. I am so sorry you had to endure that.

The lady pastor began to scream, then she pushed me hard so I’d fall to the ground. The deacons pinned me down while the pastor wailed at the “demon of homosexuality” she said had taken me over. She was bent over, doing full arm swings with her Bible against my chest as her words and spit covered me. The whole congregation was yelling and praying in tongues, and this went on for fifteen minutes.
