That's not as soothing as you think. Those suckers can move astonishingly fast over unobstructed terrain. I spent much of my childhood in Florida and the moment you think they're far enough away, even for a telephoto lens, the dang things are racing in your direction faster than your legs want to work – certainly faster than my short-stature legs can carry me!
