… mothers in this piece, but I’ve seen it happen at the hands of fathers far more than with mothers. Far more fathers seem less patient and more aggressive toward their children than mothers are. Kids need reassurance, patience, guidance, and love from BOTH parents.

That's one of the things I love the most about Hamid. He was never aggressive with Gray. He was always so gentle and loving. I wish he was as kind with himself.
