The beading projects could be hawked at the flea markets. Some people will buy anything "handcrafted" by some marginalized group (in your case, the disabled).

For example, here in the States, for more cost per bulb at Walmart, people — who thought they were helping — bought millions of subpar lightbulbs made by disabled people and sold by disabled telemarketers, all working for sub-minimum wage.
