The January 6th hearings found that he did incite the insurrection and he gave and continues to give aid and comfort to its perpetrators with his rhetoric. The Meuller report essentially showed he gave substantial aid and comfort to our adversaries, he did engage in attempted bribery of Ukraine, and he colluded with Russia for the 2016 election (all of which Barr obfuscated for him, but remain in the report none the less).

The court just handed down the ruling upholding the SECOND House impeachment.

He had his due process in the U.S. House of Representatives. Just because it was called "insurrection" doesn't mean that's not what it was. The court just solidified that.
