…as an effort to deal with gangs in El Salvador but is now as corrupt as any of the gangs. Question: Do you know whether these prisoners who will be shipped there will have been already tried and found guilty by a jury? Or will this be a round-'em-up-n-ship-'em-off thing?
I've seen a documentary on this prison.
