They're classifying all queer content as pornographic.

What they mean by “pornography” needs to be defined, okay? (Especially since they think teachers and librarians peddle “it” whatever they imagine “it” to be.) Despite clocking in at 922 pages, they don’t define it. That is the crux of the problem.
