This is a bad idea. It feeds directly into the Dominionist rightwing theocratic evangelical's purity gospels. They want to impose control over women's autonomy – from morality to sexuality.

Not only does women withholding sex place all the onus on us, it deprives us of our sexual liberation – something already slipping away from us. It turns sex into some kind of value bargaining. It's also predicated on the idea that men cannot do without sex – rather insulting to men, don't you think? Plus, we already know what happens to men who believe women are deliberately denying them sex – they become incels, and a burgeoning dangerous threat to women already under assault from the rightwing politics of cruelty.
