We actually had our HVAC replaced during Lockdown too. Luckily, the local agency that supports financially strapped seniors and disabled folks had that done for us when the AC went out just a couple of weeks after the heat had gone out.

That's NC for you… around March and April, your running the heat one day when it's 30° at night, and the AC the next when it's 90°.
