We find ourselves in a similar position, though not quite to those prices. But, our modest little home has trebled in value over the past year or so and shows no sign of the value coming back down. As our son readies to launch himself into adult life, with a decent paying job EMS, how will he even afford rent to move out on his own as he so excitedly imagines happening soon?
