What if, instead, we recognize the reasons for anger? Anger is valuable because it tells us something is wrong. The key is to disern if the wrong is in us or if it is justified and righteous anger. Anger is necessary and you should never "stop being angry" until you've done something to correct the wrong. Anger should be a call to reasoned and considered action.
