While these points are not incorrect, the over all implication that these characteristics naturally lead to success at whatever one turns to is simplistic, at best. And, the majority of people have all these traits at various times in life. For example, everyone has these traits when things are going well. Holding on to them in protracted adversity is unrealistic and rather in the vein of "pull yourself up by your bootstraps" when they haven't any boots.
