Wow. What a harrowing situation. I say something similar too, that I wouldn't change anything, not a sorrow or trauma, not a moment of humiliation, neglect, or abuse… because every moment of that past led me to my now. And, wouldn't change a breath of my now, of the love and loving I've found with Hamid and my created family.
