Yeah… I hate those robo systems. But, at least my pharmacy has a bypass where I can go straight to ordering my refills. It's a grocery story pharmacy. We left Walgreens and CVS in part because of their exasperating (and yes, deadly cheerful) robo system. The fuel points added and the $25 per prescription transfer for groceries was a big draw as well.

Now, our current insurance company is making things awkward, trying to force us back to CVS. We have refused to be forced back there so far. We are NOT giving up those fuel points. My meds alone give us a dollar a gallon off gas every month!
