Yeah. I've had a couple of reviews, one on a review blog similar to yours. They have not translated to sales. A few promotions and some Twitter shares of the links have done more. Even then, since 2015, I don't think I've had more than 100 or 150 total book sales – and more than half of those are from when I ran freebie offers.
