Yes. But, it's not just my knee. It's my hip as well. And, my ankles. My left side is better. I can at least lift my knee almost halfway before my hip doesn't want to cooperate.

My right hip is worse than my left and my right knee is worse than my left. Both ankles are troublesome. I used to be kind of of rough and tumble. Both my ankles have been broken skating or landing awkwardly from jumps, or sliding down a rocky slope while hiking. One of my wrists was broken too (but that was from defending myself against bullies and not knowing the proper way to punch someone). Four of my fingers were broken too when I caught my hand in a close car door as a child. My hip was injured mildly falling out of a tree one time and off a high fence another; but, the worst time was falling off a horse. And, that right knee was injured several times too, including one time where I ended up with a hairline fracter in my kneecap and, again in that right side, a jammed hip socket at the same time.

Arthritis was bound to be a given after all that. And, no… I do not have soft bones or a bone disorder. I actually have very strong bones and great bone density even post-menopausal. I was just, as I said above, "rough and tumble" as well as careless and too often over exuberant.
