You can only identify them with certainty within the first hour after they clap-jump, when the time still registers in how many minutes ago they did so.

I was using the claps to decide who to reciprocate with in an effort not to miss any genuine readers. But, I noticed these clap jumpers. Maybe I'll switch to those who respond. Perhaps I'll check out the folks who highlight and clap.
