You could always jump the post and go straight to squeezing it out with a cheesecloth. I recommend giving it a good squeeze in one cloth. Then, give it another in a clean cloth. It's way messier and you'll ruin your cheesecloths — that orange ain't never comin' out! But, it should do the trick. Squeeze 3 cups twice, then measure again to use 2 cups in the pie.
