You do realize Biden is still trying, right? He hasn't given up on his promises. He's finding he can't get them all through in one sweeping package, like the BBB, though. He's forced to come at it piecemeal. If we oust the republicans – plus Manchin and Sinema (who are democrats in name only) – who are blocking most of Biden's agenda from even coming to the floor, we'll get there. We need enough dems in Congress to overwhelm any attempts of republicans and their two toadying dems betraying the Biden agenda and the American people.

Instead of blaming Biden for the obstruction of members of Congress, focus on those obstructors. Yes, keep reminding him of his promises; but lets work to give him the votes in Congress he needs to get those promises through.
