…ned this exercise routine to recover from my knee injury. I did the exercise every day for 21 days. The pain was gone after a week and the knee completely recovered.

You were very fortunate. Even with physio, I still had to wear a brace for six months straight, then had to resort back to it off and on for 2 or 3 more years.
